Ok, I know everyone is going to give me the "It all depends on the driver speach" I know, I know, but I raced a focus last night (not SVT), it was modded slightly, lowered, exhaust, injen sticker (so I was guessing he had the intake), etc. Later he told me he had a throttle body, cams, etc.

So anyway, we were waiting for the traffic to clear cause we were on the freeway and I was thinking, "is this an SVT? cause those things are like 170 HP I think? My car is stock." Traffic finally cleared when we got to no mans land and we were able to stop and then off we went. I pulled off the line and kept pulling away slowly until I really pulled away in third and I was about 4 car lenths ahead before slowing down.

I got off at the next exit, he followed me and we chatted for a second, he was cool about it.

So how would I have done if it was an SVT?
I'm not a real fan of ford at all, don't know much about them.

yeah I can't believe they are that slow at first... just a little bit faster than the SiR in a straight line. But it can kick some serious butts in the twisties.

theyre heavy for the power i guess the new si with the macpherson strut is a down grade to the previous double wishbone i havent drove one yet so .... dont take it as a fact
