I was in my friends car yesterday (s2000) and whenever he puts his top down he tells me to hand him the "Top Down" cd. He has a cd especially made when his top is down (what a loser =p). But i was wondering what are your top 5 songs to jam in your sol when youre cruisin. Ill get things started:

I'm not going to put anything to recent because these were the songs i cruised with when i first got my sol (memories).

Rock..." with that new Johnson guy, or whatever his name is,
is good. Deep Purple's "Highway Star" or their "Greatest Hits"
is most awesome, especially on the highway . "Machinehead"
by...ah...that guy that just married Gwen...that shit always
"gets me goin'"!
EDIT: CAKE's cool, IMO, but they don't "get the juices flowin'",
at least for me. HARD rock or a really good "riff" is the best
solution .

i bought a del sol 2 weeks ago from florida. didn't even see it first, but I bought it and had it shipped to my door for $2000. I saw this black and rust colored, broken bumpered, holes in hood convertible and I SAW POTENTIAL.

In two weeks I lowered it (coils and shocks), put on CAI and exhaust, got a wings west body kit, carbon altezzas and clear corners. I painted it the day before NOPI --- Pacific Blue Pearlcoat. It's bad a$$.

All in all I put in less than 5k, and people love it more than my $30,000 98 Civic.

Back to the subject, I bought the car and while cleaning it out I found what the previous owner jammed out to..... he had the following tapes in the back compartments:

1) Metalica (cool)
2) Dumb and Dumber soundtrack (wtf?)
3) helmet (not too sure)
4) AC/DC (i can get down to that)

Me personally, I'm still listening to the wind, since the factory system is shot to hell. MY setup is on the way tho! My SOL CD's are gonna be SUBLIME, 311, and probably the old bush if I can still find it. sixteen stone.
