I had to remove the battery out of the car and cut a little hole to the left of where the battery sat into a big enough hole for the filter to fit into and remove both the main stock air box and the smaller one and also a couple hoses. It really isn't that hard you just need something strong enough to cut metal. I could defintely tell the difference with the new intake, I also had to mess with the idle speed.

its not very hard to do at all. The hardest part is making the hole bigger for the piping to fit...but thats pretty easy.

An H23 into a 91 Accord is pretty straight forward. you can use the stock engine mounts and your Accord wiring harness. You tranny will bolt right up the block no problems, and you can use your Accord axles. You will have to wire a knock sensor up to the ECU as the Accord does not have one, and convert the distributor to internal since the H23 is external.
