91 integra turning off!!!

i have a 91 integra with a b20b swap with stock ls tranny and im having problem with it turnng off on me when i come to a complete stop. idk what it is just recently changed the oil nd put ni t some used ngk spark wires. i also just put on a kold air intake and changed the fuel filter. i though the fuel filter was the problem knowin it had never been replaced but tyhat wasnt it. any thoughts on what it could be???
