Im putting a B16A1 OBD0 in my hb. My question is, can i use my OBD0 dist. if i take the pins out of the white plugs(OBD0) and put them into the gray plugs(OBD1)?

Thank you for any help on this issue.

Yes you can, the OBD0 distributor will work but some of the wires are reverse. You will need to do some research though. Go to the library and look for the automotive Mitchell reference books. Compare the distributor wiring layout of a 93 Integra GSR(OBD0) and a 94 GSR (OBD1). Then all you got to do is cut and paste.
