sup you guy??Noob here, need a lil help...i have a stock 92 hatchback vx. Been tryin to make it pass smog but it keep failing. the car fail on NO(PPM) on 25mph. it meas at 1199 which is high. some mechanic told me to change the header??what should i do to make it pass??

put in a new catylitic converter..that will help..
