DOES ANY KNOW THE NUMBER OF AND OBD1 B18B ECU, OR WHICH ECU I CAN USE TO RUN THAT MOTOR. WILL ANY 92-95 ECUS WORK?

The ECU that you will need to use is the P75. You could use others (P06 and such) but its not the correct fuel curves and isn't the healthiest thing for your motor.

Go to www.hondata.com and look up your ecu by engine, car model, or ECU. You will be able to look at their list and see what works for you.
