94 Prelude h23a1 for sale

Hello there,
I have a 1994 Honda Prelude SI motor for sale. It’s the 2.3 DOHC non vtec motor that came from the 4th generation Prelude. Here are the specs below:

The car has 88,010 miles on it. I’ve babied this car and everything. Changed the oil every 2800-3200 miles with Mobil 1 Synthetic oil.
This swap includes the motor, a manual transmission (5 speed), and the ECU. I’m also including a brand new OEM timing belt and water pump for the h23a1.
I’ve been offered $1000 picked up for everything. But I’m going to go ahead and try to test the waters out a little longer and see if a better offer will come up.
