hey i just have a quick question. what model Greddy 4-2-1 One piece header will fit with the above head-block combinations...?

ok cool thanks man...the header is the last thing i needed to do on my LS/vtec without it...it put down pretty good numbers on the dyno.

I've got the HP Raing 4-2-1 header on my ITR head and B20 block. If you want a really good header its gonna cost alot of money, my header is junk compared to what I want.

from waht i have seen on the forum: 4-1 is good for mid to high range power, the 4-2-1 is good form low to mid power. for the most part the car will be used as a daily driver and auto-X. i was thinking of going greddy 4-2-1 or comptech 4-2-1.

any suggestions for a good 4-1 if i were to go that route...?

you can get a nice hybrid header that combines the best of both worlds. good midrange power without sacrificing top end. these style of header arent cheap though.
