does anyone here have a 1996 civic hatchback with a swap? if so, whats the most common swap? im just trying to get an idea of what i want to do when i graduate my tech school. as of right now i want a 1996 civic hatch w/ a b18c1. of course when i graduate i will have changed my mind 1000 times.

i have a 00 hatch with b16a2(from 00 Si)

b16's seem to be the most common around here...

ya b16a is probably the most common, i'd go with a b18c or b18c5 is you can afford it. i have a d16y8 in my 97 hatch, its a beast alright.

well if this ever happens it will be pretty far down the road. maybe 2 years at the earliest. i should have plenty of time to save up more cash. ive already banked 4800$. i figure in 2 years i will have twice that in cash (i hope). a b16a has about 160 HP and 110 ft/lbs? and a b18c1 has about 170HP and 130 ft/lbs? and do u know of any websites where i can just get a estimated price on engines?
