a few months ago I purchased a CRX. I am a virgin to this import thing. The car was an EF model. My homie wanted to work on it becasue thats what he like to do. Anyways I gave him my car and he put a d16 in it and stripped the back. I recently moved an haven't been able to reach him. Anyways I think he did a lot more to my car than just put a new engine in it. I guess he did a lot of head wrok to or something. Anyways I kill other cars like civic si, Mr2, mustangs, hatches. etc. The car has some much more power than before. I have badly beatin integras with b16a's and I was just wondering what he did. Another question is should I add a turbo sysstem to this car and how much faster would it be? hope you guys can help me out

well #1 if ur in the us is an ED. if its a d16 it probably isnt taht powerfull but ur car is light and power to weight is a big issue. the d series motor has alot of possiblities with forced induction and such. teh civic sis arent that fast stock and ur d16 should make u run a low 16 or high 15s if ur car is light enough mid 15s witch can easily beat auto v6 mustangs and civic sis

In order to find out whats been done to it you need to take it to a professional for an accurate desription of modifications.

Whether or not you should go turbo (or SC or NA) depends on
1 whats been done already
2 how much money and time you have
3 what your goals are

its faster tahtn you guys think, I can keep up with my dads carrera porsche. 270hp that things got. We are neck and neck. and to the jdmb18hatch guy I beat much more than v6. try v8 and they aren't even close. You can also add gt mustangs to that list.

you mean you have a b16 instead of a d16......?????? a d16NAcrx vs a porsche non turbo which can do high 13's in the quarter and the crx stayin neck and neck...i dont think so unless you have some sort of forced induction. and even if you had forced induction the porsche would had you your butt on the freeway.
