[96 Civic Coupe]

I have Ractive Coilovers on my 96 Civic Coupe. When I got them put on, they lowered my car 1 inch. They said that's as low as I could go with a comfortable ride without scraping.(That's Bull SH%T!)Anyway, It's way to high off the ground. I got 17's, so it's not low enough. How do you adjust them? I tried jacking my car up, and turning my wrenches that came with them, maybe I'm doing it wrong. To make sure, can anybody tell me which way you turn them, or if I'm doing something wrong? Please Help.
