I'm sure the intake could be adapted to virtually any manifold but other than that just check the application guide on AEMs web site to see if the V2 will operate properly with the vehicle your engine originally came from. The intake doesn't care what chassis it sits in (other than fitment but that shouldn't be a problem since the V2 is made for the Civic) but the V2 is designed around particular engine designs for maximum performance. Even if the V2 isn't supposed to go on a B18 I'm sure there'd be a performance advantage just not in line with what AEM says it should be.
