how many shots could i run w/ the airtex fuel pump of the drag gen 3 kit?

what kind of car you got man? is it basically stock? THERE are a lot of factors, the least of which is the fuel pump.

I've seen kits from 35-200 Horsepower on Hondas. Just start out with 50 and work you way up as you build the motor!

basic bolt ons and im putting on the dp kit when i get home on spring break. looking to shoot 80

80 sounds good! It's all in the setup, with regards to safety. Make sure you've got the rev limiter set high enough or the fuel will cut off while the nitrous is jetting. bye bye engine. I'm sure you know you should only spray between 3500-7500 rpm *depending on your car. Usually, lay off at Redline, and don't hit the button till your around halfway through the powerband.
