You should be able to get by without a camber kit. After you install the springs and shocks you should go and have it aligned however.

I say anything over 2 inches needs a camber kit. I had Neuspeed sports on my teg. They dropped it down 1.7 inches and I got by without a camber kit, but it did wear through my tires unevenly.

If you go down to 2 inches, you should get a camber kit.

on a prelude you will need a camber kit with race springs...I in fact just switched my skunk2's for H&R race springs. I will be running on KYB AGX ADJ shocks like always. I will be buying a camber kit soon...and it won't be ingalls cause they have clearence issues.

They only have clearance issues when adjusting for extremely negative camber.
