B16a drag genIII turbo kit with skunk 2 cam gears, apex vafc, apex boost controller, revspeed meter, apex turbo timer, AEM fuel rail, AEM fuel regulator, Vortech external fuel pump, MSD ignition with timing retard control, apex N1 exhaust, estimated at 275 to the wheels and haven't made quarter mile times yet. Still trying to figure it out using the rev speed meter.

V-afc is soon to come.
Rite now i'm runing 7-9psi depending on how my car feels (it basically decides)I'm shooting for 250whp and or 13's.
Last season i ran the car (when i really shouldn't have) in limp mode to the tune of 14.9:( .On 3psi of boost and poor tuning + bad o2 sensor

so you cant just run 9 lbs if its not tuned? like say you just slap on the kit and it is working good, and you run 9 lbs, your motor will detonate?

You need to upgrade the fuel and ignition systems, and then introduce some kind of tuning tool. With that done, after you tune it, you can boost high. I have personally boosted over 15psi on my stock block, and suffered NO consequences. Of course, you can't dogg it on the freeway for 10 miles on 15psi...

As long as you have more fuel than required, across the whole curve and IC, your safe up to 10-11 psi with stock internals on B16. Keep in mind ppl AVOID DETONATION AT ALL COST!!!

b16a2 motor, Je 9:0:1 overbored.50 pistons, endyn eagle rods, vortech fmu, b&m fuel regulator, 440cc injectors, apexi vafc, airtek inline fuel pump, drag3 turbo kit, msd 6a w/ Btm, msd coil and cap

Ran strong until i blew it the other day. The cause of detonation. SHould get it back sometime next week. Should run strong again. Havent made any quarter mile passes yet. Hope to do so soon.

Wanna get a standalone and tuned before i run it at the track so i can run as much boost as my motor can handle.

if you aint got fuel upgrades, and you run 9lbs especially on a older motor..i dont think that it will last long..just run 6 or 7 til you rebuild
