Does anybody know where I can buy a front bumper body kit? I just want the front. I don't want to pay anymore than $200 w/ shipping. help would be greatly appreciated.

try ebay, www.theaccordstore.com (pricey), almost all online stores will sell front lips, just finding the right price is the hard part.
