Pretty sure I’m the only one spinning in circles. Recently Honda transitioned into a new website called my-garage that’s now combined with Acura. Their old website let me view my finance information, with this new one I just get an error message when trying to register my vehicle before I can view all my financing details. I’ve been struggling for almost a month now with their customer support, it feels like I’m just spinning in circles. I just want my financing information, I have 1.5 years left on it and I want to make sure everything is on record. I don’t want to think I have it all paid off 1.5 years from now only to get fucked over by them saying they don’t have any payments from me. Just wondering if anyone’s in the same boat as a customer on superhonda
