anyone have aftermarket throttle body???

I am just wondering if any of you honda guys have bought any of the aftermarket throttle bodies cause i think i need to get a new one but i was just wondering if for those who bought it, if the Idle control valve comes on the back of those???

please, anyone with one drop me a line, i need the help bad.
