Getting close to valve adjustment time, and i'm going to get a red valve cover so i figured i'd adjust the valves while the valve cover was off.

Intake .009 - .011 inch (.23 - .28 mm)
Exhaust .011 - .013 inch (.28 -.32 mm)

(Make sure the engine is cold)
I generally shot for a millimeter more then the lower number.

intake .24mm

Exhaust .29mm

Its funny because I was going to order the blue valve cover on my next inspect/valve adjustment at 60k.

fawk! u serious?! i just did mine and the helms i'm using says
intake: 0.15-0.19mm (0.006-0.007in)
exhaust: 0.17-0.21mm (0.007-0.008in)

which one is right? this might be why my car won't start up after i did my valves....

anywhere from 50-120 bucks. call around. its easy to do, as long as you know what your doing. a mistake could really fuck your engine though, so just take your time and double or tripple check everything. :D once you do it once you'll wish you had saved that 100 bucks each time in the past. ;)
