Before the reset someone needed these pieces. Don't know why, but they did.

Anyhow, just cleared out a friends lights and now have all 4 pieces. Buyer to pay shipping if you want them......

$2 standard or $3.50 Priority

10 days b4 they hit the trash can if no one wants them :D

Good for the 96-98 Civic. I mean bad for the 96-98 Civic ;)

I don't know why anyone would need them. Any ideas?
I think there's only one reason.....

Why else would anyone want those....If the car is being sold it would be better for value if the car was stock. Mods dissway people from buying a car... People look for stock cars that have never been tampered with. I had to break the orange pieces out of my 94 EX, how the heck did you get them out safely? It must be different on the newer lights to clear out. My orange pieces burned at the Broward County Incinerator or got shipped to the Landfill.

About 3 hours worth of work :p

Remove bumper
take lights out
take lights apart (hardest and longest part)
remove orange
seal head light back
re-install and lookin' 10X better

Cost the guy $3 :) ...and he's letting me rip some cd's from him.

Wow, I had no idea you could mod your headlights yourself like that... thought you had to buy new ones for clear corners. Any URLs you could toss out for instructions? I'm all for DIY mods :D

Mmm... clear corners look so tasty. What color do your turning signals blink, white/clear? Or is there an orange bulb in there?

Thanks for the URL :)
oh my god.. U did it the long way

Just go get some chrome paper and cover the orange reflector

Took me what? 45 miontues?

the hard part was making the chrome cut out.. since u have to trace the orange reflector :)

U wasted your time majorly bro..

I have orange bulbs in but going back to clear or the Polarg super whites shortly.

Nevermind, someone from SHO is suppose to be sending me yellow bulbs
Sounds good... Might try the clear corner project this weekend, although I'd rather wait for my SRI to get here and do it all at once. I was gonna order some hiper plasma bulbs, too... any word on these looking good with clear corners?
I think that once you clear them, you can't really put them back, or you risk fucking up your headlights for good

By clearing them in the first place you risked f*cking them up for good. You can open them as many times as you want, as long as you seal them back up good and tight each time.

I have EVERY stock part from my car just laying around.. The full cat-back exhaust, the oem intake, the oem shifter rod, all the struts/springs, I still have the stock tires.. You just never know.. If I ever sell my car (that'll never happen, haha.. It's my baby) I would return it to stock and sell everything separately..

You can't do that with 96-98 Civics.. There is a little plastic orange 'dome' that surrounds the bulb.. So even if you put a blue bulb in there, it's still going to be orange-blue b/c of the covering.. You have to completely remove the little dome..
