On a civic or accord they don't use air bags they use air cylinders. You only get about a 3-4" drop so it doesn't lay. That costs about 1500-1700 installed or just get coilovers to get the same drop. your money

Had them on my 97 Civic.
great drop but very bouncy.
in the rear I could get the fender to sit a few inches over the top lug nut on my 17" wheels.
