its there a way to quiet the sound of the cai. at normal speed, its nice, but when i punch it, it gets too loud. way louder than my exhaust. wound changing the size of the filter change the sound. i might just go with a k&n drop in if i cant find a way to quiet it down.

There's no real way to keep it quiet. It's just one of the things that comes with getting an intake. Why do you think your stock air box had a resonator?

i guess, i remember when i didnt have an intake and just took the resonator off. drove me crazy . hahaha the good old days. i guess i gotta live with the growl of my cai.

you can take off the filter and stuff a baked potato in the tube, this gets rid of all sound completely

are you trying to get him to blow his engine??? well thats just mean!!!!! lol just messin with ya. well i heard that short ram intakes are quieter.
