I have change the coolant of my old car before and it is not a big deal . I was wondering if any of you can recommend a good brand and why ....

just use honda....or prestone...i used prestone with water wetter additive.

i'd stick w/ the honda stuff. it probably doesnt make too much of a difference but you always know the honda stuff is gonna be good.
