I've got a '95 Civic SI/ Hybrid ('99 GSR motor). Current bolt ons are just the aem cai, skunk 2 im, dc sports cat, I'm about to purchase the headers.

I've heard that the Comptech headers are far better than the Apex or DC, or any on the market.


Are they?

Comptech quality and craftmanship is incredible. Just as good if not better than Mugen.

Header performance is another story. Comptech designs and tunes their headers for greater mid range gains over top end power. They are designing a 4-1 race header like the DC, but it's going to be just that... a race only header with no exhaust provisions.

If you want the most bang for your buck, buy the OEM JDM 4-1 header. You won't be sorry.
