ASUS P4B533 not finding floppy drive

Anyone built a system with Asus P4b533 ?????
I am unable to format my hard drive. I have the boot disk in
floppy drive and CD that came with Maxtor HD. I guess I am going to have to do the Asus tech support thing.

If you built it yourself, could be the connector on the floppy cable is upside down. Pins works either way, but it has to be on or the other. Is the lite on your floppy always on? If so it's connected wrong. Flip the connector over and plug it back in.
