ATF level always high?

Does anyone's ATF level ever was on the crosshairs? Mine is always on top of the crosshairs. Is it normal?

Even after I've sucked some fluid out of tranny, the level is still not in the middle of crosshairs. Do I need to get out more?!

This much I have sucked out:

Please help! Thanx!

Ok, I checked with engine running and still the whole crosshairs is covered with ATF. But I looked at the other side of dipstick, where no crosshairs, and the ATF level is low!

I tried to insert back the dipstick so that the low level could be seen on the crosshairs, but it won't go in that way. I guess, it has to be like that.

So the level on other side of crosshairs mean anything?!

If the crosshairs is still fully covered with ATF, when checked with engine on, should I get out more fluid so the level mark could be on the crosshairs, not on top of it?

Please help! Thanx!
