By any chance is your driveway at a bit of an incline? The reason I ask is because the only time my ATTS light has gone off is when I misjudge an entrance or exit's incline and turn into or out of it too quickly. But the ATTS light turns off whenever I shut the car down. If it stays on, you might have a damaged ATTS sensor.

Ahh yes good old ATTS, I have had my ATTS light go off about 10 times. They replaced the control module once, the entire system after that (all under warranty). Since then it goes off whenever I lose traction under certain circumstances,(as spanishRicer said) most commonly at takeoff, weird angles, or extreme cornering. Also by takeoff I mean normal starting, letting the clutch out, not dragging.

Just have honda check it out, or you can reset it by pulling the ecu fuse or disconnecting the neg battery terminal. Make sure you have your radio code. ATTS works after a steering angle(sensor) of 15 degrees has been reached (right or left) it also has sensors for speed and yaw. If any of these factors are off it will throw a code and the ATTS light will go off. It is a fairly flexible system so you shouldn't be getting the ATTS light often. hope I answered your question after that speech:sleep:

awesome...thanks guys.....

and yeah that's pretty much what happened......i accelerated out of my inclined driveway at a weird ass angle turning to the left spinning my tires........you guys are good man.....ha

the only bitch thing is, my honda dealership wont check the light until i remove my reverse indiglo gauges...they say it voids the dashboard warranty or something?? so i gotta do that first.....

thanks again for easing my mind....

If the ATTS light turned off after you shut the car down, then it's most likely nothing to worry about. But if it continuously stays lit, then I'd take it in to the dealer.
