Hey, I was just wondering if I were to use the bottom end of a B18a, and mate it to a B18B head, will it work like this? Would I still have the power of a B18b, or will there be a power loss?

the bore and stroke are the same in both engines so i think you'll have the b18b power

If you are right then, they make a big difference in power and torque!!!

depending on the cc's of the head chambers and if there are any differences you could be talking about a loss or gain in compression.
