i am swapin in a jdm b16 sir 2 into my 98 hatch..i am usin my stock d16y7 harness to hook up everything..i was wondering if i can cut my alternator plug and hook up a b16 alternator plug and make tha alternator work bcuzz i have a obd0 alt. i have the obd0 alt. plug but i was just wondering if i can do that and it wouldnt give me any trouble?

thats what I am doing on mine...had a broken plug....the only difference I know about is the current in the alternators....so you should have no problem
