Ok peoples, here's the dillema,
I spun a bearing on the nuber 2 piston really bad and I can't machine the crank cause it's not worth it. The block i still good, I got a new head, and I know where to get a B16 crank. The only thing stopping me from completing this task is the need to know if it will fit. I know I'll get a shorterstroke but that ain't nuthin. I need my car back! I can't get to work without it!

the b16 crank will fit, but u will need to do some modifications to the rods, deck height, etc. to make it work. if u do use the b16 crank, u will need custom rods if u don't want the hassle/s of decking the plate and/or moving the wrist pins up, new bearings to fit the new setup, and all that stuff. u might end up with more problems than u think. i'd stick with an ls crank if i were u. my 2 cents.
