Well heres the deal... The motor is red lining at 5000 rpm, Distributor was replaced with a brand new Honda item about 1 month ago. When the motor is cold it cuts off at 3,500rpm , Ecu is not throwing any codes, Plugs have just been replaced and leads were replaced 20,000kms ago. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Matt

the 3500rpm deal olmost sounds like the crank angle sensor is bad in the distributor this is what mine did when that sensor was bad but you have no check engine lights hmmm :confused

Ok the ECU is now throwing a code 2 O2B - Oxygen sensor #2 . COuld this be my problem?

Ok problem solved... While replacing the fuel pump we kinked a fuel line :ninja all is good now.. Thank for ur help anyway guys. Matt
