I am looking on some help to find out exactly how to know if this engine is a sec gen motor that I am looking to buy from this dude.. I have a 95 civic dx and am looking to do an engine swap cuz he is hooking me up with everything for $2000 and I need to know if he is not messing with me...How can I tell the difference to make sure it is not a vtec conversion?

for that motor to go into ur car u would need 3 new mounts and 4 if u want a/c.......u need a lower tranny mount, the rear t mount, and the driver's side mount........now if u want a/c look for a del sol vtec (dohc vtec sol) and get the a/c bracket from it......and if u knew all this stuff sorry..........
