well the thing is i have an engine in my car which is not legit i'm interested in knowing some sites which sell these engines at a reasonable price.

If you get the jdm b16a2 or the usdm b18c1 they both have 170 hp. But the reason the b18c1 is more expensive is because it has more torque i think it has 126 lb/ft compared to the b16a2 with like 111lb/ft. But there both real good engines

they don't have the same hp, the GSR (b18c1) has more hp AND more torque than the b16a2.

sorry guy they do have the same power output if u compare the JDM B16 to the USDM b18. But if ur comparing in the same market, yes the b18c1 is the way to go....there's always more potential with .2 liters more

aren't those usdm numbers? i believe the jdm b18c has 180 hp, and jdm b16a2 has 170. 10 hp more than what the usdm motors have due to a slightly less restrictive exhaust and slightly higher compression ratio.

Better off grabbing a USDM engine the first time.. then Buying a cheap JDM and then having to getting a USDM motor for registration wise

or go mix and match

USDM BLOCK with JDM Head/ JDM everything
