Just bought a classic mini with a B16B. I immediately noticed that none of the
photos in the US version of the Honda workshop manual resemble my B motor.
Noticed some sensors appeared much different on the A motor.
Can I order parts from the local Honda dealer ?
Will the B18 parts interchange ?

Yeah, I do agree that you can interchange most of the parts of B16B with B18. But I certainly know a place called autopartsfair, where you can get all sorts of parts at a very decent price point. I would suggest you to get in touch with them, I am sure you will get your stuff.

Antony,

I appreciate your help. (If you're not just trolling for AutoPartsFair).

I noticed in the couple posts of yours that your signature contains the
website of AutoPartsFair which is gaining a bad reputation for ripping people.

It gives the impression that you work for them.

So many trolls on this site now, most of the old members have left. General rule of thumb with Honda motors, same series ("B" for example), similar parts and will generally interchange.

Bear that in mind while continuing your parts search.
