B17A buildup for a 92 Integra GS-R

I'll be rebuilding B17A1 #2 with balanced CTR OS pistons, balance and shotpenn the rods, balance the crank. Crower 63403 cams, Ti retainers + dual valve springs. Add a mid port & polish of the head, cam gears, fuel rail, 190l/h fuel pump, 310cc injectors, AEM CAI, ITR throttle body, ITR intake manifold, DC 4-2-1 header (does a better header fit in a G2?), no cat, Thermal catback, Clutch Master stage 3 clutch + flywheel, Hondata stage 2.

Hoping for 190+ whp is it possible?

Might be able to. My guess would be in the 175-185 range with good tuning.

That header is crap for what you are planning. Give Dave at SMSP a call, he'll hook you up with what you need .....
From what I hear about the rods on the b17a. I'd get some ITR rods shaved and shot peened, or some custom rods made.

Have you done any research at g2ic.com? All they talk about are gen2 integras, you might be able to find some more infoe specific to the b17 there.
Hold up. Here is the setup I think would be best.

ITR Pistons(special coating), Rods, Rings
CTR Camshafts JDM (higher lobe)
ITR intake manifold is ok but not really needed the stock one is good enough or get the Skunk2.
Valvetrain set from Skunk is good, Comptech has one I believe.
The stage 3 hondata is not much more if you can afford it, for that full throttle shifting system!! :D
the rest of your setup sounds good. as for the header the DC sports is ok, but look into the JDM ITR Header. It has spectacular flow. Comptech makes a nice header as well.
190-200whp is very accesable. wiht all youve planned on doing its probably likely that youd get 185-190 whp. drop a turbo to that setup and boost adapter for the hondata and youre likely to get a good 250+whp.
Thanks for the input. I probably didn't write my original post correctly, here goes.

Parts I have on the car at this time.
AEM short ram intake
B&M fuel pressure regulator and guage
DC Sports 4-2-1 2 piece ceramic header
Thermal R&D catback exhaust (2.25")
AEM power pulleys
Skunk2 cam gears
some suspension and brake work.

I've already purchased:
Crower 63403 cams
Crower dual valve springs + retainers
CTR OS pistons + Honda OS rings
AEM CAI (used)
STR fuel rail
RC 310cc balanced injectors (used)
ARP head studs
190l/h fuel pump (used)

Will ITR rods fit? I thought they where longer and wouldn't work with the B17A crank? The CTR cams aren't as aggressive as these Crowers. And has anyone installed a 4-1 JDM header on a G2 with success? I had problems installing the 2 piece DC, that one must be even tighter.

I'll do some more digging on G2IC. Last time I checked, they didn't have many B17A build ups.

FYI - The CTR intake cam has 3 degrees more duration than the ITR cam ...... big whoop ..... the exhaust cam for the CTR and ITR are the exact same thing .....

If you are flowing that much more air with the cams, the stock manifold will become a slight restriction (so will the TB), get the R or Skunk or JG.

Comptech does NOT make any valvetrain parts last I heard ....

Hondata is cool and all, but a V-AFC will do the trick just fine .....
