B18B in 92 Civic

If I swap a B18B motor and leave it stock into a civic. will I meet emissions testing? I live in RI so i don't think the laws are as strict in CA?I know for hybrid laws the motor you swap in can't be older then the year of your car. help me out, thanks!

jes as long you have all the emission stuff hooked up you should pas with flying colors if everything is stock.
