Would I be able to use B20 pistons in my 84mm resleeved C1 block with the C1 eagle rods ??

I am not going to cheap out...I'm talking about using JE pistons that were made for the B20 vs getting custom ones. But, thanks I already got my answer.

JE makes 84mm big bore B18C1 pistons. Anywayz, I'm not sure if you can use B20 pistons. For starters they might not yield the advertised cr in a GSR motor. Also B-Series VTEC motors have bigger valves then Non- VTEC motors, so that might cause a problem as well. I don't see the point of getting JE B20 pistons when JE makes big bore VTEC pistons.

The guy from Race Engineering quoted me $430 for the pistons. He said they are machined the same whether they are in a B18C1 or B20 with B16 head. The compression is 10.5 in the crvtec and .5 higher in the B18C1 cuz of it being a higher compression head.

I might not overbore; I might just boost the heck out of it with the 9.5:1 SRPs at 81mm bore.
