True. That is why i have never seen a un-build Crv-tec. If u do decide to go Crv-tec, do it the correct way and build it. If u do, it will destroy the b18b. But like mentioned earlier, i hope u can find someone u trust to build a motor.TheBlackCrow said:the strongest b series block is the b18b which is the ls block...as for the b20 block it has its ups and downs....yes it has low end torque but the block is weak and due to high revving and you will do high revving the sleeves in the block will go....
how's the b18b the strongest block? actually i'd say out of the b18b and b18c, the b18c is, because it has the oil squirters to cool the rods. the b20 is a b18b with a bigger bore.TheBlackCrow said:the strongest b series block is the b18b which is the ls block...as for the b20 block it has its ups and downs....yes it has low end torque but the block is weak and due to high revving and you will do high revving the sleeves in the block will go....
anyway, the b18c with the b16 head would be more affordable because you won't have to drill the oil lines and stuff, you'd just slap the head on and go. if you're looking for max power i'd go with the b20, cuz there's no replacement for displacement.95Civicboy95 said:for the street, fully built
