Hey,

I was wondering if it is safe to put a turbo/supercharger on a B18c5. The reason im asking is because i know it has a high compression ration which normally is a no-no when it comes to turbos/superchargers. But i looked over on e-bay and found that their is a jackson Racing super for this engine.

What do you guys think?
thanks

you can turbo/supercharge it and run a decent ammount of boost on it.
the only downside is that the margin of error is a lot narrower when it comes to tunning compared to an ls or gsr motor just to give you an example.

tuning has be alot more precise with this engine and its less forgiving when not done right...
