back from court!
my scheduled arraignment for my "speed contest" ticket was at 8:30 this morning... as i walked in the courtroom, i didn't see the officer who ticketed me so i knew he was a no-show. at this point, im actually kinda disappointed. i had a soild case against him. haha! glad to be back!

My name is David too. I hate cops too. anyways, the other night my gf was driving her 92 accord 4dr. no tint, just lowered and dc exhauts, thats all you can see from the outside right?
Well. this Jetta was right on her ass, another stupid girl, and when they were passing this light, right before it, the jetta went to pass her, my girlfriend was not steping on it, she never does, Well the jetta passed her flying by and a cop saw this and he pulled her over, my gf. Well he told her, hey nice race and blah blah blah, she was like what and he was like yeah I know you are trying to be like the F&F and all this bullshit and he gave her a ticket for dragracing. I called and placed a complaint on him and I also asked him why he didn't pull the jetta over, it was all stock and he said, I will later. I was like bullshit and almost got arrested. See I was behing my the jetta in my friends truck and I was going to wait till my gf pulled over so I could talk to her. I fucken hate that cop, I seriously wish he was dead.

hahaha! thats some fucked up shit... cops abuse their power. i've been harassed so many times i'm thinking about becomming a officer of the law myself; looks so fun punking people around =) j/k.

any violations involving exhibition of speed/power are expensive as hell & servere penalties. considering the fact that i WAS guilty of "speed contest", the cop screwed up his part, writting down 35mph in a 35mph zone so i would've won regardless.
are there any mistakes on you ticket? did he write your license #, car model, insurance, estimated speed, anything wrong? you have to let me look at the ticket or describe it in specific details for me & i will see if i could help you. =)

you have no case, because I'll let you know it doesn't matter what speed you are going during a speed contest, so speed becomes irelivent. Trust me I know about 3 people who have been through them. Congrats...I am glad to hear that cop is a no show.
laws are made to bent all over the place. i know some people who got off on a variety of violations just because the officer wrote the car model wrong. ie) a civic as a integra etc... you got to know how to use the offciers incompetence against him. for example, how the hell is he going to give you a ticket for breaking the speed limit if he can't even read what it says on the back of the car? maybe the radar gun said 25 instead of 55?
