I sold my old Civic, so I got $6000 to spend for my car! My new car is EG. But I need to swap the engine first. I'm also thinking about getting turbo too.

What is the best engine to swap for the civic? And how much would installation cost?

You've got 6k. Have you done suspension? Well anyways since you want power right away. I'd say get an LS engine and turbo it. I think you can get like 9psi on stock internals.

You can also try a GSR with a small greddy turbo, that'd get you over 200hp.

Get a B20 and turbo it! Or the B16 cuz that motor has a lot of potential turbo or supercahrged!!!

maybe a shop down there has some JDM motors that you might be interested in..try looking at this site for some ideas. My freind said that installation could cost from 300-600, its just depends where you get it installed..
