haha, i'm yet to see a stock GSR run 15.0 or 15.1s. 300lbs = .3 seconds, and i doubt the mods i have would add up to more than .1 or .2 seconds...so either way, my car is just as fast or faster than it should be.circuitsports said:Wow so let me get this straight you have a car that weighs 300 pounds less and makes 20 more hp than a gsr and you were able to run .4 faster than a stock 95 gsr.
I am not impressed

I'll admit, my driving could use some improvement, but I'm a little on the heavy side myself. Plus my car probably weighs a bit more than 2300lbs. I'm getting alot of wheelhop launching anywhere between 3000-4500, and after that comes the spinning. I need to get the rest of my motor mount inserts put in, and probably Z10 bars, taht should get the 60's and the times down.circuitsports said:motor trend october 95 gsr 15.1 0-60 7.1 mods you posted 26hp gain on an employees 94 he ran a 14.3 with 2300 pounds. power to weight would be less than 12-1 a stock 2000 type r is 13.3-1 and runs 14.6 while not so brutal a clutch. Not knocking you mods but you time needs work. try a gtec and 3500 rpm launch.

my friend my friend my friend. you're cool buddy. what do you run?method1797 said:I am not impressed at all. My friend had a 92 civic Lx 4 door
full interior with a smashed up air-mass header,3 inch intake, and straight exhaust on street tires ran a 14.2. My buddy also has a 96 ex coupe which is heavier than your car with a LS-VTEC with all stock honda parts running high twelves with full interior just on slicks and he weighs 240 pounds!
haha, apparently you're correct.circuitsports said:
i'd love to see this. you from los angeles or louisiana?method1797 said:I didn't think u needed to know what i had.I was telling u what my buddy had done in his 4 door with a stock gsr.But I have a 92 civic LX four door, with a B18C1 too. I have a jg header, three inch intake, B-16A tranny, straight exhaust, and lightened flywheel. My best time to date is a 13.91 with full interior! I know my car weighs more than yours, with me in it too.So there's what i run!
