Hey hayman

while we are on the topic of upgrading breaks and larger rotors, I have a question about size= matters? Alright well, I plan on having drag slicks on a small set of steelies, maybe 15 inches?? Well anyway i plan on running mickey thompson wrinkle walls (not sure if i want tubless yet) but anyway, my car is a street car with a good amount of work done to it. I plan on upgrading my front breaks/rotors and i see all the big companies (AEM, wildwood, R1 racing) make "big-ass" break rotors. I want this extra stopiing power for when im on the steets (and on track) but the problem is, will my drag slick setup fit over these oversized rotors? Whats the deal here, how are all these drag cars running stock breaks with these little drag slicks. Is it possible to run the AEM big brake kit with slicks? Thanks and good luck with your car, ive seen your ocasional visit in the turbo forums (where i hang out) and i wish you luck on your setup this winter... Keep me posted on ur work man!!

Thanks for the reply Jayman haha.

I never knew a company actually made breaks especially to hold slicks. Im so happy i can finally get better breaks w/o the worry. Do you know how much this kit is?? I bet its pricey, wildwood tends to be expensive.
So have you decided to custom make your turbo or just get a kit? Ive got the T3/T04e from turbonetics on the drag kit an its nice... Drop in the motor yet? Lol i like the pic in ur profile
