In the mornings i go to warm up my car, cause its damn cold outside. Anywayz I noticed this black soot or something on my driveway. I just had the oil changed a week ago, the engine has about 125k miles on it. Could it be some kind of oil leak or what? also when the engine is warm it stops shootin the black stuff.

It's just carbon, and it means you are running rich (like most of us) and thats safe. If it was oil it would be blue/gray. If its white, its water.
