i dont think it will, different series engines, different displacement...but you never know.
but honestly i advise you not to put the block guard in. everything i hear about them is bad. think about it, its a 100 dollar part to protect your entire investment... :noo they can squeeze out your cylinders so they become oval (still not visible to the naked eye though). they vibrate if not tight enough which is the opposite of what they are suppose to do (they are suppose to stop vibration...). and they will restrict water flowin the most vital part that needs cooling (the area around the top of the cylinder where combustion takes place). just sell it for the profit. if your running enough pressure to need a block guard, then you need to get sleeved.
