they did have some limited production M3 GTR's that are street legal..... they had detuned v8s (M3 GTR race car makes 444hp & street version made around 383hp), carbon fiber roof, hood, trunk, spoiler, countless other parts & weighed around 2900 lbs (stock e46 m3 is 3415 lbs)............ but....... it costs $273,000 & they only made around 100-300??

the M3 GTR race car is totally sick though. road & track got their hands on one and i think it did low 11s in the 1/4 mile. its sick :clap
