not really an option because, body kits have to still be painted to match the car.

wings west makes kits that are really easy to bolt on and they will even paint them for ya to match the car (obviously costs +)
Most body kits usually needs some adjusting and trimming/filling before it's bolted onto the car. That's why they say it should be installed by a qualified technician. Usually the cheap fiberglass ones to fit right and don't sit straight. Not good quality at all. I've heard the wings west kits fit the best. Next to the real Mugen of course, that is if you have a JDM sir front end.:D

I can vouch for that, the Mugen fits like factory items. Not much help to you probarbly, but WW as others have said should be similar, make sure you get a real WW as opposed to a copy of the Mugen ~ WW and copy of the WW ~ CRAP.
i dont know about wings west...
i bought a kit from them for my 2000 civic and the front bumper doesnt line up quite right. You can see a gap on one side between the fender and the kit and the bolts at the top next to the top grill dont line up at all. I still havent fixed that and i need to extend the stock holes in order to get it to fit right. And then the side skirts required a little bit of trimming to get them to fit perfect. Another thing, the 3m tape they put on the sideskirts doesnt work very well. One side is starting to peal off the car already. I wont ever buy another urethane kit. Not only that they weigh so fuckin much.

nobody notices any of this except me because i'm a perfectionist when it comes to my car.

Where could I find a mugen style kit????
If you're after a Mugen style kit then the WW is the closet.
Have the been discontinued or something? Or are they just extreamly rare and expensive?

Yup discontunued by Mugen, 2nd hand items are rare and expensive, average £1,000 (UK pound). This is for the siR, there is also a Mugen kit for the Si, same as the siR but without the wrapround indicators. Pic here.....

Probarbly the same price as the siR kit, the Si kit will fit the CRX's in the US, where as the siR front bumper will not go straight on.

Your best bet is the WW, not that much difference (with the Si version) and a lot less expensive, brand new and also in urethane as opposed to flacking fibreglass.
Wow that Mugen kit jsut looks so clean. I love the sideskirts.
So whats the difference between that and the WW side skirts? Is it just a case of the Mugen being slightly smoother/rounded?
It looks liek the WW skirts have a little lip or curve at the end of them (the back) where it goes up. The MUgens are just nice and round... i like that front bumper too. I didnt want to "Rice Up" my CRX and the Mugen is the only kit I see that would be sutible.
Most kits need some shaving to fit perfect! Its worth the extra time to make it fit clean.
