I am getting ready to put the turbo on my b18b1 and am looking for opinions on what the best type of blow off valve is for that motor.

The BOV makes no difference really, so long as it doesn't leak. Nearly EVERY Greddy Type-S I've seen/had has leaked under boost. I've had a Tial on all of my DSMs and never had an issue. A crushed 1g DSM bov is a cheap, quality piece if you're on a budget. If you don't believe me, look up the part number for the new Nissan GTR BOVs and you'll see that it is the same.

So any advice on one that would give me the loudest sound at 10lbs of boost?

They're loud but have a habit of leaking under boost. I'd recirc mine but my intake pipe doesn't allow for it :ninja
