I just got my Exedy clutch installed a couple days ago and ive driven it for 200 miles ever since, and I raced one car last night on the freeway going about 70 on 5th gear and downshifted to 4th, would that one time thing do anything bad? i mean the clutch right now feels perfectly fine and its in good condition

i would not even worry about it. i would let it break in for another 1 to 2 hundred miles but it is fine. some times you just cant help your self i did that with like 30 miles on a new rebuilt motor. opps nothing happened.
